This fuss-free classic uses just ¼ cup of flour for exceptionally rich, gooey brownies. The recipe is simple enough to become a regular weekend bake.
Preheat the oven to 325°F.
Melt the butter with the cocoa in a saucepan, stirring until smooth. Take off the heat, cool for a few minutes, and transfer to a large bowl. Whisk in the eggs one at a time, then stir in the vanilla.
Combine the sugar, flour, nuts, and salt in another bowl. Stir into the cocoa mixture just until combined.
Pour the batter into a greased 8-by-8-inch square pan. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes, keeping the center gooey rather than overbaking. Let cool before cutting into bars.
Amazingly good!
